Course Overview

This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to successfully manage Information Technology (IT) projects from initiation through to closure. The program provides a comprehensive and practical understanding of the role of the IT Project Manager and the tools, techniques, and methodologies necessary to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Day 4 – Project Design
